First unzip the downloaded folder.

Then you will get 2 separate zip folders - 

BLIS-Study-Material.zip
MLIS-Study-Material.zip

I could download the IGNOU material. It will be really useful for various examinations and for reference too.

PGDLAN's study material is also availbale?

sir i have tried the same process what you have told but it has taken 4 hrs time and still showing 1 hr left. before that also i have tried but whatever has been downloaded that is not opening in zip or winrar. i think crupted.
