Dr. Mayank Yuvaraj, Assistant Librarian at Rajarshi Janak Central Library, Central University of South Bihar, has developed a tool to systematically sample relevant research papers from Scopus, Web of Science, OpenAlex, and Dimensions. This tool employs a scoring system to assess and categorize papers into three tiers—Green, Orange, and Red—based on their relevance.
