Application is hosted in in NIC National Cloud and used Online by Government Libraries for Data Entry and Member Services

The software is provided to the Government Organizations Only as per NIC Distribution Policy.
THE NEW DISTRIBUTION POLICY IS UNDER PROCESS TILL THEN DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE IS CLOSED TEMPORARILY FOR FEW MONTHS

NIC already says that THE NEW DISTRIBUTION POLICY IS UNDER PROCESS. Before that we can't say anything.
