Respected Sir /Madam

Does anybody help me we need a library-related circular ( student and staff information 0and library stock verification covering letter or covering letter format? ( stock handover and received stock )

Library notices are generally issued and displayed on Library notice board. These must include refrence number and date and sign of authority. Formats of notices may be inquired from Admin office of the college as all institutions have their own formats.

The request for stock verification can be forwarded to principal/authority of the college and requesting them to depute some external members for proper verification of the stock. A report of stock verification may be submitted to the authorities mentioning number of books verified, number of staff deputed for the work, time taken for stock verification and number of missing books.
