Sir,
Attested means you have to get attested by gazetted officer signature with seal. if they mentioned self attested means your self.

Dear Professionals,

I've entered my percentage and marksas 79.05 and 2100 instead of 79.07 and 1900. Will it create any problem to download e-certificate. I cleared lectureship in dec.2014.Kidly give me the sugesstion on the above problem.
