The tracking system is showing that speed post has reached their but I have little doubt in my mind.

hello, All required documents sent to ugc office and got e-certificate in ur ugc website in personnel link. if recieve documents and then wait 15-20 day they will upload in ur login site.

i got the e-certificate on 27 june.
