Bay guide: It should be put for each bay in the stackroom. Bay is 'the part of the face of rack between two consecutive uprights' (ISI). It should list the subjects covered in the particular bay giving the class numbers and equivalentsย  in natural language

Shelf guide: Each shelf should be provided a shelf guide. Here also give inclusive class numbers as well as the equivalents in the natural language.
