Correction of Name in the UGC-NET certificate


I have written my name AMIT KISHORE instead of  AMIT KISHOR in the time of online submission due to slow server . I just want to know that what is the actual process i should go through to correct my name. Please suggest me.

You may ask UGC to send affidavit proforma for name correction.
and send proof of correct name . OK
