I thoroughly checked the biography of all persons given in question. But no one held the position of Director of RRRLF.

Sir this book was published in 1992, while RRRLF formed in 1972. So First director is Barua in 1972 or 1992.

In this question, it is possible that Dr. B. P. Barua was the First Director in 1992, means the Post of Director in RRRLF was created during that period first time. Otherwise no documentary evidence is traced on various online databases, while searching "First Director of Rajarammoham Rai Library Foundation" and "First Director of RRRLF".

But this question creates a good and healthy debate. Thanks to Dr. Badan Burman and Lislinks to provide this forum.
