THATS REALLY SAD IN INDIA..NO VALUE OF TIME. FIRST THEY CALL 1200 CANDIDATES FOR 6 POSTS FOR EXAMS WITHOUT SHORTLIST ELIGIBLE PEOPLE.. EXAM TIMINGS ARE 10:00 TO 12:00 AND 2:00 TO 5:00 ITS 5 HRS AND IN TWO DAY THEY ARE ANNOUNCING THAT PAPER HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ERROR. WASTAGE OF TIME, MONEY, LABOR.. REALLY REALLY DISCOURAGING..
