The Madras Library Association (MALA) invites scholars, researchers, and library professionals to contribute papers for a special Festschrift in honor of Dr. K. Chandra, an esteemed College Librarian at Quaid-e-Millath Government College for Women, Chennai. With over 32 years of dedicated service and numerous accolades, including the "Best Librarian Award" (2018) and "Lifetime Achievement Award" (2023), Dr. Chandra has made significant contributions to library science and digital resource management.
