You can purchase books as per syllabus if you are starting your law college and purchase few journals like AIR,SCC,Cr. L J. Judgement Today and Jr. of BCI. Later on you can purchase books release recently so that u can have a sound collection. Also try to write existing law universities and colleges for registering your law school in the list for sending law journals and newsletters etc.
