dear doctor

please provide the link above said news i.e. page no. etc and attachment

with good wishes

I have already expressed the possibility that UGC would go to Double Bench of Kerala High Court against the single bench's decision before implementing the decision. Same thing is happening.
If UGC does not get relief from DB, it would go to the Supreme Court against decision.

UGC is stressing on following logic in its appeal.
"The notification had clearly said that the final cut-off marks shall be decided by the Commission before declaration of results. The single judge’s ruling would lower the standard of education."
Dear Jomy
Please tell me what is in "page 35-38 of Kerala HC verdict ". I have not gone through it yet. I just went through the link
http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/tp-kerala/ugc-plea...
and it shows that UGC has appealed in DB against single bench's decision.
Regards.
Dear Jose
I know the power of court. But i was not talking about it. I just want to say that UGC still has alternatives and much time to implement the decision. And we have to wait a lot. That is it.
Regards
X

My dear friends, From the day of KHC judgement i was expressing that they are going to double bench or SC. Now they will loose again and then they will move to SC and all this will takes a long course of time. As i have suggested earlier in my posts here on lislinks and Facebook, we need to go SC without and delay. There is no other way to solution. They just want to pull matter for a long time. that will decrease the number of intrested people. we need to understand there tactics. They are not academicians but they are clever political motivated people working for their Aakkaas. People siting in UGC did not know the real situation, they cant think about a common student or a researcher. How we came here and how time and money important for us. How unemployment teasing our lives.  There is lot of words i had to express but it is not a time for that all.

Please Unite all people, from every corner of Country,

Gather information about cases registered in different high courts to make a stronger reference in SC.

Ask your lawyers to strengthen the case.

Gather all required information like Advertisement, roll nos., Judgement/order copies of courts, information through RTIs you have collected from UGC.

Contact all petitioners who have filed petitions in their respective state High Courts.

before 2012  person getting 50percent were eligible but why this was changed in 2012 june because of objective large number of student passed. why this not followed before 2012 because of subjective exam. This is totally injustice. ugc is providing only certificate not job , then why ugc is having problem in passing those student who have achieved the minimum pass percentage.
