dear sir i  am lived in kanpur uttar pradesh and my caste OBC - PAL (garadiya) , I wants forms RSMSSB librarian grade 3rd 

and advished me  my caste BEHALF RSMSSB OBC ya SBC.

You can apply only ur category and non schedule area (गैर अनुसूचित )

प्रिय पाल साहब,
आप किसी भी जाति से सम्बंधित हो, लकिन आप अगर किसी अन्य राज्य मे अप्लाई करते है तो जनरल कोटे में करनी होगी।
अन्यथा आपका आवेदन मान्य नहीं होगा।
