Duly filled in application form along with the Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of
Registrar, RGUHS along with attested copies of marks cards of qualifying examination, proof of date
of birth, certificates and testimonials, Employment Certificate and No Objection Certificate (in case
of In-service Candidates to be sent through proper channel) to The Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University
of Health Sciences, 4th โ€˜Tโ€™ Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560 041 on or before 17.07.2014.
