my qulaification pattern is 10+2+3+1+1 and iam waiting for mu mlisc result i also got net june2012 can i apply for phd?bz as per notification the mentionedย  Candidates those who have passed through 10+2+3+2/11+1+3+2/10+3+2+2
pattern alone can apply
