details about the book entering in to the accession register is a time consuming process in a large public libraries when the number collection increases.In most of the cases the end of the financial year all the books are not entered in to the register,this make a big problem from the administarative side.Any other convenient method to prepare accession register

Dear Sir,
I hope you are using any software in a public library, From that software you can take printout of "Accession Register" and keep it in a box file as a Accession register.
