28th National Conference of IASLIC: Participation fee issues are not clear

The authorities have demanded Rs. 1000/- fee to be submitted along with paper submittion. But what about other issues i.e. accomodation, participation fee etc. Could anyone clear please.

Journals publications is different from paper presentation in conference/Seminar/Workshop etc.

Sir i also want 2 know that if i Present a paper in Conference can i send the same paper for publication in a journal or it is bounded.

Its rules of all prestigious journals to note that the article never published before or under process to publish in any others means.

On inclusion of paper in conference proceedings, the author passes copyright to the editor of book. you can publish the paper in journal only after making major changes. otherwise it will only be repetiton of  work.
