E Granthlya is aslo very good and free software

U can use Koha. Open source software. If You want to purchase customise version from any vendor then also its cost will be low then another software, in my think.

I have hands onย  experience with SOUL, NEWGENLIB, KOHA, GRANDHALAYA, ISIS & LIBSYS.ย 

NEWGENLIBย  is user friendly one can opt.
