Lost Admit Card Recovering Process

I have lost my admit card of UGC-NET December 2012.

Do you have any suggestion to get a duplicate copy of it?

I think you need to submit to UGC right, no problem If you have the OMR sheet make photocopy and send that to UGC or if you don't have that also no problem needn't worry about that just send other documents.
