You are absolutely correct.ย  Only God can explain these people that "A NATION CAN NOT BE DEVELOPED WITHOUT STRONG INFORMATION SYSTEM AND A STRONG INFORMATION SYSTEM CAN ONLY BE ESTABLISHEDย AFTER ENGAGING PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIEDย PEOPLE" The Mantra behind all developed countriesย is their strong information system.ย  In USA a librarian espacially in law univeristy, isย at par with professor (of law)ย and it is mendatory to take lecture for fruitful utilization of information resources available in all formats.

i think haryana govt first time advt. the librarian post. so without court case they dont know about the school librarianย qualification. please make the unity and fight againt the qualification. now every library professional play role like Anna................................................ย
