I am a Phd Scholar. My topic is design & development of digital libraries in Maritime Institute in and around chennai. I discussed with my friends. They said that its a software title please try to change it. Hence i am in a mood to change the topic. New topic is " E resources management in engineering colleges in Tamil nadu.
