Respected All Professional,

UGC NET / SET or SLET exams having no age limits but University or College or Institute sometimes mentioned the upper or lower age limit for the post of Librarian. How it is possible?

Dear Sir,

One side there is 'education system' and another side is the job/employment system. Logical relations are there and independencies too.

No age limit in the NET/SET exams gives benefit to those who get the job or departmental promotion(on 6000 AGP) not very early of their age.

It is my personal understanding.

Thank you.

No age limit for MLIS degree also.
