NOTE: Here UGC give the right answer is Code: (D)

But see all the statements are correct so the right answer is all the above, that is not given by UGC in answer key. So marks of this question is give to all the candidates.

Here UGC give the updated answer key is Answer (C) Affective

Yes, you are absolutely right. You also check question no. 36 and 14  in paper-I (X-series) and question no.11 and 38  in paper-II

Reference from website did not accept by UGC in previous instance because in December, 2012 NET Exam Look the question no 59 of Paper-III 

UGC NET PAPER- III

Q. 59. Which is the correct sequence of the national libraries in the order of their year of establishment?

i) British Library (formally British museum library)

ii) Library of congress (Washington D.C)

iii) Lenin Library (Moscow)

iv) Bibliotheque Nationale (Paris)

UGC's Ans is option (A): i, ii, iii, iv

according to this answer Bibliotheque Nationale (Paris) established at last among four national libraries. Is it possible? every one know Bibliotheque Nationale (Paris) is the oldest library among these four. But UGC did not modify the answer key even after grievance. So friends along with web-reference other print material reference is also essential. So such type of reference if any one have please share here.

All are submitting the grievances. Those who have not qualified and near to the qualifying stage whether their is a chance for loosing the marks because of updated key.

If yes it is unfair because the other who qualified, they would have got marks for the wrong answer and their result have already been freezed.

There is no option to lose the marks of any candidate after declare the result by UGC. Only who got the marks those not have marks for updated answer key. So, there is no question for loosing the marks who qualify the NET or not qualify the NET after Grievances.

In case the answers are found to be incorrect, the UGC will process the result in the light of changed keys and qualify the additional candidates for JRF and/or eligibility for Assistant Professor, without changing the result of candidates qualified provisionally.
