Best material is IGNOU BLIS & MLIS books.
so many copetative exam guide have available but you can use any m.lib. & b.lib guide, and daily read any news paper. then aware recent news as well as topics in library science. for preparation net/set exams you concentrate on research,IT,management,IPR,new trends in librry science or conference proceeding or any journal refered. so important thing that any answer wirte in your own language.
