Our file for the up-gradation of GP for LIAs (4200-4600) & ALIO (4600-4800) is going to move in the Ministry of Finance. You concerned people are requested to make an approach in the Ministry of Finance. The file will move from Ministry of Culture to Ministry of Finance within a week.

Yesterday (17/06/2013) the file (no. 40-20/2012/Lib) has been sent to MOF, Pay Section; now you concerned persons are requested to make an approach in MOF, and inform others.
What is the progress of Lib. grade pay now from MOF.Pl. inform.
What is the position now of the file from MOF regarding the Grade Pay of librarians.
File is still in MOF in last stage at the table of JS Pers. to take the final decision.
Concerned Minister replied in Lok Sabha that items discussed in NAC meeting have largely been resolved except a few. 7th CPC has already been announced by the present govt. It would be better if the union leadership pursue to the appropriate authority to issue govt order regarding up-gradation of GP of SLIAs/ LIAs to Rs.4600/- as agreed upon/recommended by NAC.

Thanks for this information. I think the govt. will take quick and positive decision in this regard because lot of expectations are involved in this and people are awaiting and hoping only for the positive result.
Govt. should take care of our expectations.
The file is still pending at the table of JS Exp. in MOF. No action has been taken till date.
We learnt that the file turned down for some clarification from JS of MOF. Is it true. Pl clarify.
Also I want to purchase the OLD USED 19th ed.of DDC. All three volumes in good condition.
