circulation ------fine collection-----------then whatever amount u have received enter in it----------then ok and process

Vipin sir,

  Under Circulation I can't found fine collection.

Circulation----Reports------Miscellaneous-------Late fee payable & Late fee collection. 

Please elaborate as I can't find the term fine collection in whole software, I have searched everywhere.

i do not have libsys software with me now, and i do not remember every details of it. you can give me a teamviewer from your PC only and if you have a login in Libsys, that will be more than enough. if you agree, let me know.

firstly during the check in process u un check the update fee. than return the books.

after that u go to circulation click late fee collection fill the member id and update the late fee amount which u received.

other wise no option in my opinion.

one thing also i want to know how to enter the serial in serial modules pls tell me step wise.

Let me try, but i donot have libsys with me now

In Serial module, 

1) create or add the supplier/publisher 

2) goto new subscription

fill up every thing... 

it is difficult to tell you like this, there are lots like you have to create the frequency, etc..  if you have teamviewer and you agree to give me, i'll show you how. contact me at jo_tonxing@yahoo.co.in

i think fine can be deposited in Fine collection option of Circulation.......or it may be locked by your system administrator....so that u r unable to delete fine......

if you have a master password of libsys i.e. you have admin password then you can waive fine of students but not delete fine  in libsys software.
