Problem with KVS Form in Uploading Photo and Signature

When I filled the KVS form and upload the photo and signature there is some problem. Picture upload nehi ho raha, processing chali ja raha hai.

Either the format or the size may be not be correct....

size to 50 kb se kam hi hai....

mam before uploading ur image plz make assure tht whether your pic size and and signature formats is in jpg form or not...

format should be jpg and size should be up to 20 kb
