Central Library, IIT Kharagpur has been appointing at least ten trainees every year. The add reg this is published during Jan-Feb. Freshers with first class in both BLIS and MLIS may try for experience.

Sir,actually till now our university has not declared 4th sem result but we will get our final result next month only so after that only I can apply.

yes  area absulatily  right experience is must because of in our library professions must have practical knowledge better than practically if you most qualified you should have practical knowledge to do work  independently practical knowledge get in actual work real experience

I think if you want to make good Librarian you should have all work experience form bottom to top

means you should have experience about books shelving, books , Journals & other materials (  IS (Standard) Purchasing , prepared P. O.,  bills settlements now a day must have knowledge about  IT means digital Library

I think all freshers work first do work as trainee & get experience

There is lot opportunity for fresher in India our Dr. Badan Barman sir will start new website for fresher to get job as well as Knowledge & IT experience
