1929 is wrong answer - correct ans is 

ALA - American Library Association - 1876- Founded by Melvil Dewey. It is 1876.

Please correct your following options

1.U have mention DDC by Melvil Dewey in 1976.

Correct 1876 instead of 1976 

2. you have mentioned Khudabaksha oriental library in Tanjore

Correct is Patna instead of Tanjore
