Please tell you budget. It's all depend on your budget. I would not suggest any open source software, all have their demerits respectively. Go for a paid software so that, you could have the full technical support from the vendor.

KOHA IS BEST. But you have to learn  to operate that software. All the paid software do not give the very good Technical support. They charge very huge amount for Software  and Technical support. If you want cheap software U can Use LiIbrary Manager.This software around 10,000 /-only

i have library  software and i use this  soft on all library it is the best soft.. but it is not on-line and one drawback is make all entry of  book so some time consumptive

i think soul 2.0...............
