directory of open access journal, any one can access it,full text journals are also available,Free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals, covering all subjects and many languages

It is similar like any other website.

DOAJ it is an abbreviation of directory of open access journal.provide the list of open access journals and allows access to jounals by title.it provides the links for categorized, searcheble fulltext scientific scholarly  and quality controlled journals.

u can visit this  site and search-full text ariticle--from a relevent journal- www.doaj.org
