A number of international and national organizations wheter governmental, government supported or nong governmental institutions have engaged in preserving e resources. India has retified UN Treaties for Promoting Free Access Movement of Governmental Information through Public domain. Almost all Ministries of Indian government are preserving their materials for free access movement and disseminating through their websites.
