i think there is one solution for the duplicate posting jobs is that no member can directly posting jobs, it should be come thru website administrator but in other hand i dont know its possible or not.
Previously we used to follow this route. But lack of time in my end push me to drop this facility.
This is not the case with only the Blog (job) post. Even a lot of discussion are duplicated. Unless members learn themselves, this cannot be avoided only by the administrators.
i am agree with you that users learn themselves what to post but one should monitor or control things. i am not arguing, it just my opinion and ur the better person to handle the situtation.
The growth of the site posing problem to monitor or control the posting. If anyone would like to monitor the posting in the forum / group / blog then he/she must need to spend a minimum of 8 hours a day. I think it will not be possible for any employed person.
if possible you can distribute the responsibilty to the lis members if some of them agree to spend time, other wise it is very difficult to handle.  i am ready to spend one hour time for monitor or control purpose.

Dear participants,

Well thanks for the discussion. We can't avoid duplicacy forefully, the only way is awareness among the members of the group. Lets hope for the same.

Regards,
