Thanks for your compliment, First,I would like to tell you that before 2008, I done CICTAL (Certificate in ICT Application in Libraries) from IGNOU

2. I joined that Institute in July 2003 after compassionate ground as Rs. 100/- per day just daily wage with any appointment latter.

3. After 2 year they gave me appointment letter with Lib Asst Designation just fix pay that is Rs 4500/- something 

4. What they are doing is that they are not providing proper pay scale
