Qualification and Experience: 

  1. Master’s degree in Library Science /Information Science.
  2. A minimum of 4 years experience as an Associate Librarian in an University Library.
  3. Demonstrated working knowledge of current technology, software, and automated library systems.
  4. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, be forward-thinking, and embrace change.
  5. Commitment to service-oriented library organizations and solid knowledge of the research and instructional needs of faculty and students.
  6. Evidence of successful project management
