(a) Officials holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with 3 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level – 5 or equivalent or Combined service of 8 years’ regular service in posts of Pay Matrix Level 5 and Level 4
(b) Possessing Degree/Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University/Institute.
