I was a Librarian in Anjuman College Bhatkal.Once I visited in a seminar in Bengalore University,I think north campus.Once I tried to register myself in ph.d. admission in Mangalore University,but due to the new regulation of University I could,nt get admission.Is there distance PH.D.in Karnataka?reply.Thanks for birthday greeting.
