I am sorry i am not having syllabus in soft copy.please go ignou site u may find there some online course in library science .
it will help you,
there is no difference in syllabus for Diploma of library science , in Diploma also u have to focused on Two classification Scheems , little latest awareness on information techenolgy, and little prepere for school library , college library and university library systems, and History of Dr Ranganathan ,
this is more than sufficient,

I am applying DRDO Ceptam 04 (Library Science Post) Examination. DRDO announced that essential qualification is one year diploma in Library Science.
