there is a strong violation is going to happen in my university. A junior librarian with Mphil distance mode is going to promote as Assistant Librarian UGC,. There is am amendment in 2016 stating that Mphil/Phd before 2009 is exempted from net.I request to send me any order which explains that distance mode Mphil is not acceptable for net exumption
