This is not reliable source sir, because this topic is much discussed in ILOSC there are so many confusions are listed by the members of ILOSC. There is no Notice in UGC website and there is no signature of the authority and so many points are noted by the members.

Dear Badan,
I request you to please don't entertain these type of fake information on LIS some LIS Fake member has try to spread rummer only to LIS Site down his TRP rating. Which is internationally renowned I had contacted to the UGC official for the same and they give instruction to the vigilance to take necessary action against who posted this Notice on LIS Link.
