Dear Ma'am

Really its very sad that after the pilot run last year, still we are facing the problem with Swayam courses. This course should start from 1st of July but till now we have not received any mail from your side.  It's very unfortunate for us. No words I have left to say.

What are you talking about? Course has already started from July 1, 2018. You need to visit the site.

Before making any comments verify things. Course started from July 1, 2018. You need to visit site for the same.

Very Sorry, it's totally very different from last year. Last year we were informed through emails, that new tutorials have been added. I was expecting mail that's why I said this.
