My name is Sonali Karsale. I am an archivist. 

I need to organise photos, cartoons, illustrations, infographics and articles at a media library.

Sonaliji you can visit open access digital libraries/repositories created by dspace available on internet. Many IITs, IIMs are using dspace for their digital library which you can access to understand working flow of dspace. Many companies are offering their services for the same.
