Yes Dear MR. Anoop suggest you very good advice.
further: Ans of first Question can be: Explain you credentials and achievements in related LIS field as well as show your personality traits.
Ans of second questions may be: Before going to appear in interview, try to know or read, what kind of services that particular library is providing in present time. Suppose that library is not providing blogs services to its users, you can say i can contribute blog services to your users.

Dear Mr. Khode,
In order to answer these questions in the best possible way, one should do some homework before appearing in the interview. Try to gather basic information about the organisation, its structure, Goals, vision, misson etc. Just understand the requirements of the employers and apply your mind what possitive you could contribute with your skills and innovations, towards the goal of that organisation.
Bsaically these questions are to judge your capabilities and suitability for the job and your approach towards your day to day work and your profession.
