Pay Protection Rule in Kendriya Vidyalaya for the Post of Librarian

I have Working as a Librarian in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (Autonomous body Like KVS). I am presently getting Rs. 47000 + salary. I apply KVS through Proper Channel. What is the rule of Pay Protection in KVS?

if you will selection for the same post. your experience must be counted and protect your basic pay. as per Government rule.

Have u guys taken NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your current employer before applying for outside employment on the same pay scale.
