You are give right statement, But Our Gujarat Library professional are not going against this advertisement and not take any positive action against current guv.policy for library professional.

Absolutely Divya, you had done a pertinent statement for the Govt. Policy over recruiting employees in State Govt.Gujarat. It's unfortunate not only to a LIS professionals but everyone as an illiterate get the same for 8 hours laborious work and a Govt. employee also get the same salary package for 8 hours work. So now there is no difference btwn White Clour job and Labour job

Vow means Library Assistants and Library Clerks are same according to Govt of Gujarat. Both are having the same category as Majdur, 

Please Put your views here that what kind of action should be taken by us to stop this type of insult of Library profession.

Hie Divya, these all are the Govt. decisions based on their policy matters and many other professionals and Govt. employee are suffering from such .situation. Already in this regard, some NGOs and persons have files PILs. Accordingly that Hon'ble Highcourt had given  decisions in favour of Employees, but the Guj. Govt. had appealed the same matter in Hon'ble Supreme Court. The decision is yet pending.

ये तो बहूत ही गलत हो रहा है आज गुजरात में हो रहा कल दुसरे राज्यों में भी एषा ही होगा यहाँ कोई भी आवेदन नहीं करना चाहिय और और तो इस संस्था के ऊपर केस करना चाहिए कि जहा हम लोग इस बिषय से अपना जीवन सवार रहे है,पूरा जीवन दे रहे उसे शर्मिंदा किया जा रहा है,बताईये जहा इसे हम Noble profession मानते है और है  उसके साथ ऐसा किया जा  रहा है,कोई भी संस्था हो वह ज्ञान से ही चलती है ज्ञान किताबों में निहित रहता उसी ज्ञान को सब विस्तारित कर धन,धन्य,धान्य एवं मान पा रहे उसे इस तरह से अपमानित करना,ये तो पढ़कर मेरा खून खौल गया कि कौन इतना अनपढ़ और मूर्ख है जो लाइब्रेरी जैसी स्वं अपने आप में संस्था को मजदूर शब्द का प्रयोग कर रहा है.This is too too much. 

मुझे एक संस्था में तीस हज़ार कि जॉब मिल रही थी पोस्ट बोला रिकॉर्ड कीपर मै बस इसीलिए उसके मुहपर उल्टा सीधा जबाब देकर वो जॉब नहीं किया कि गेट कीपर और लाइब्रेरियन में आपको अंतर नहीं समझ आता क्या? 

Gujarat Library professional वालो क्या बोलू ????//??///?

Ap kewal gujrat govnt.ko kyu bhala bura bol rahe ho.ugc ne koun sa insaf central aur state university ke LIBRARY ASSISTANT ke sath kiya h.unhe bi to 5200-20200 and grade pay 2000 milta h.Book binder aur peon ka grade pay 1900 h.matlab grade pay me sirf 100 rs ka difference.Institute better h jo library assistant ko 9300-34800 wale scale me rakhta h 4600 grade pay h.jab india govnt,ugc hi library assistant ko peon kar raha h to gujrat bi wahi raste pe h.Total library professional ka farz h ki we ugc aur goi ko ehsas kara de ki professional h,peon nai.agar aisa nai karenge to 1january 2016 se applicable hone wale 7th pay me bi justice nahi hoga.

आप बिलकुल सही कह रहे मै मित्र मजदूर शब्द कि बात कह रहा हु दोस्त वैसे तो लोग दो दो हजार पर भी नौकरी कर रहे है गलत बोल रहा हु क्या ? और सब ठीक थक मेरा दोस्त कैसा है ?
