Lesson Note and Log Book for School Librarian

From my school I have asked to maintain lesson note and log book.. Is it necessary for librarian also?

 Dear Professional,

                             Yes indeed it is good practice to get record the work done by one.School authorities generally asks to maintain the kind of work we perform and plan throughout for the whole year for various grades, activities which carry out from time to time to promote reading among students and alike things we do in library day in and day out for record purpose on daily basis.
