Dear professional friends

Kind attention: More for new comers

I have been observing by asking to my friends about their interviews, they attend. Just for my personal information and also to be known about the trends. I have reached to a point, which I want to share among you all.

Generally, what we do after our college, we try to search job, and it is required for everyone. We read lots of content on the interview skills, we ask with our friends, about their experiences and all other.

This observation and communications leads us to read the fresh content on happenings in domain and further, preparation of questions asked with our friends. Being an, aspirants, we ask to each and every person how to prepare and our friend shares their idea on this issue. But, the most important part, we always miss that is preparation of syllabus that we have been reading in college.

Generally, in panel the experts asks very normal question in expectations of the expert answer.  But we miss the opportunity by delivering a normal answer, incomplete in nature, unstructured vocab.  etc.

I would like to suggest to all those who are attending interviews, kindly prepare the expert answers of questions following the syllabus and then pattern. Don’t go to waste your precious time in expertise skills and all much. Try to focus on answer part only, which should be effective and exact to the bull.

Discussions will remain continue

Good Luck!

No no dear you did not get me. Actually if an interview is held for the post of assistant librarian, so mostly the require qualification is MLISc. So the panel should ask question up to the syllabus of master level not beyond that. What I have observed that they ask question beyond the syllabus of master which I think is injustice with the candidates.

I have not met incompetent penal so for, what I meant form the high qualified penal is that they are PhD holder and they should consider the level of candidates. If the penal ask questions of their own level, than the candidates would not be able to satisfy them.

Dear Friends

in some cases, candidates are being asked about themselves....they asked to introduce about him/her in brief...pls suggest some guidelines about these type of questions...

regards,

Dear Sir,

Shri Surajit

You are having much more experience than we. Your experience much more than ours. What would I suggest regarding your question here. But, let me try Sir,

These kinds of questions are frequently asked in almost each interview. Interviewer knows about your detail in advance from your form; data available with them. But still they wish to know the same. Because, they want to know, how you are presenting a thing; set of data, information. Actually these type of question don’t carry any marks in interview but they asked in beginning only means they have ‘cardinal value’ and remember, ‘well begin is half done’.

In order of self-introduction, ‘you know better than any other person like me to tell what and how to say’. Just, be balanced on your communications and starts from your Name to till your ambition and also put attention on events which has thrust you forward in your life and it is important for you.

In this regard no need of putting extra but put the answer with extra care. I would like suggest, stand in front of mirror and say about you to yourself, this is the best approach for preparation.

Thanking You…
