Sir,
Till now I have not done anything except developing Link Library of Open Access English Language Journals to promote Open Access, but still be glad to be a part of your wiki.

What i would like to suggest you is that the Wikipedia have a lot of resources regarding Open Access (mainly links). I think it will be good if you copy those contents to your wiki and appended under appropriate heading and subheading (after verification of the sites, and its evaluation only).
