Yes it is possible. MLISC passed candidate apply for KVS Librarian post.

yes MLISC holders can apply for kvs librarian i have applied for that

in the form there is one option Graduation in that BLIB is one option and below that BLIB+ MLIB Integrated you can select that and apply for that
